While my roots are in Chinese cuisine, my passion for great food goes far beyond. I love exploring flavours from around the world and recreating dishes in the best way possible, all from my own kitchen.

My Wai’s Original Recipe collection, named after my dad, features the classic Chinese dishes that have become synonymous with his name. Just as my parents added their own creations when they took over from my grandad, I will be introducing my own signature dishes, continuing our family’s legacy of great food.
