Part of Wai’s Original Recipe collection, this punchy Singapore Chow Mein gets its warmth from our family’s signature curry oil, rich, aromatic and unmistakable. Egg noodles are tossed through the wok with tender strips of our homemade slow-roasted char siu pork, soaking up every layer of spice and savoury depth. Crisp beansprouts and bright peppers finish the dish, making it every bit as lively on the plate as it is comforting in the bowl.

Clearly she’s inherited her Dad’s magic touch. The food is perfect, the presentation is great, no need for washing up etc. It’s like jumping back into a time machine, ordering these meals from a young quite-ish. 😉 little girl, while her Dad created the best Chinese meals in Gosport, now she’s following in her Dad’s footsteps, with meals that are absolutely spot on to those loved and remembered…just the chips to master and add to the ever-growing menu.
