I am committed to delivering your meals fresh and on time. Please read my delivery policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery Areas & Times

• I currently deliver to Gosport & Lee-on-Solent Only.
• Deliveries take place between 6pm and 7:45pm.
• Customers will receive a confirmation message with an estimated delivery window the evening before the day of delivery.

Delivery Process

• My team will deliver your order directly to your provided address.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
• If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled.

Delays & Issues

• While my team strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) may cause slight delays. My team will notify you of any significant changes.
• If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact me within 24 hours at with details and photos if applicable.

Changes to Delivery Details

• If you need to update your delivery address or time, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
